At the 2018, annual, Orange County Film Festival, Alex (Alyx) Lee was awarded Filmmaker of the Year for her many outstanding contributions. Creating her short film, Inside of Hope (2018), her anchoring/hosting for 2016-2018, and her leadership as the co-producer of her school's broadcast Mustang Mix.
